Access to a floor may be restricted based on the user's fingerprint, proximity card, and/or password. Access to the floor can also be restricted using predetermined timetables. Unrestricted floor access is also possible during regular business hours (aka Passage mode). Up to ten floors can have access restricted using the EC10 Elevator Control Panel. The EX16 elevator floor extension board prevents access to up to sixteen additional floors. Three EX16 boards can be supported by a single EC10. In total, fifty-eight (58) floors can be managed by a single EC10 bundle when combined. Please take note that EC10 panels can be daisy-chained together to control any number of floors.
